KIDS CLASS CHANGES!!
Hey Team,
Starting Monday, Oct 1st, we’ll be splitting up the younger kids from the older kids with different time slots. The older kids will still come in at 5:30pm – Mon, Wed, Fri.
However, the kids who usually do the younger kids class will now come in for class at 4:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays only. FRIDAYS STAY THE SAME!!
If you absolutely cannot bring your younger child in for 4:30 class, they can still train at 5:30, but the techniques will be more advanced during this time.
We are super excited to announce that the new teacher for the younger kids class is FUJI, NAGA and IBJJF gold medalist, Rebekah Caka !! Not only is she super talented and incredibly nice… she’s also a mom in the class, as well as a homeschool parent.Please reach out to Coach Alex if you have any questions, or ask one of us when we’re at the gym.

We are so proud of our superstar Grayson Henley for winning GOLD in his OPEN WEIGHT nogi division at the 2018 IBJJF American Nationals!!
